Child Care Projects

The team have completed many transport studies for child care centres, and now bring this experience to urbii. Services offered for child care centres include traffic reporting, site layout review and car park assessment. Projects have ranged from smaller independent facilities accommodating 30 children, to larger facilities accommodating 100+ children. Child care centres typically generate traffic for around 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. Key factors for consideration on these projects is the parking provision for staff and visitors, waste collection, public transport, walking and cycling access

45-49 Porter Street Child Care, Kalgoorlie

Urbii prepared a Transport Impact Statement report for the proposed Porter Street child care facility in Kalgoorlie. As part of this work, Urbii reviewed the access and egress system, on site traffic cirulation and parking layout. Urbii assessed the access to the site for alternative modes of transport.
